European Youth Organization (E:Y:O) is a non-profit youth organization founded in Serbia in 2014. Our members are young people, students, and adolescents between the ages of 14 and 30. We are proud members of the Youth Union of Serbia (Omladinski Savez Srbije), working alongside other NGOs to improve living conditions and raise youth standards throughout the country
Our Mission
Our mission is to bring positive change to society by empowering young people through non-formal education, intercultural dialogue, and active participation. We work to build a tolerant, inclusive, and open-minded community where every young person has the chance to learn, grow, and contribute
Our Vision
We envision a future where young people are empowered to become active citizens and change-makers. By building networks between NGOs, schools, universities, businesses, and informal groups, we aim to give youth the tools to exchange knowledge, ideas, and experiences across borders and cultures

We provide non-formal education opportunities, workshops, and training that help young people grow their skills.
Inclusion & Participation
We create safe spaces where youth from diverse backgrounds can engage, collaborate, and make their voices heard.

Through exchanges and Erasmus+ projects, we connect Serbian youth with peers across Europe and beyond.
