Today, in the modern world, possessing and acquiring digital skills has become increasingly essential in our daily lives. Much remains to be done to ensure that the digital skills gap does not turn into a skills crisis. By creating a digital culture and equipping young people with the right skills, they will benefit in many ways. While focusing solely on this part of our lives can be detrimental to our physical, mental, and emotional health, it's important to find a balance between the two. That's why we decided to combine two very important topics - digital skills and healthy habits - because one lacks the other that can't keep us on track. The main reason we took on the responsibility of bringing this project to fruition was because we had successfully worked on both themes separately and felt that bringing them together would strengthen and enhance the quality of our work. nature of the other topic.
